The Strathprints institutional repository is a digital archive of University of Strathclyde's Open Access research outputs. Abstract

This monograph reviews the history of the men's movement in the UK from 1971 to the late 1980s. It tracks the phases of development of the movement, and critically analyses the tensions and shifts between the 'pro-feminist' strand of the movement, and the 'personal development' strand.
