Comments on the House of Lords decision in Re G (Children) (Residence: Same Sex Partner) on the weight to be given to the fact that only one of the couple had a biological connection to the children who were the subject of the shared residence order and whether it was appropriate to alter residence arrangements as a response to deliberate and unlawful attempts of the residence parent to frustrate contact arrangements put in place by the court.
